This Dutch typecase configuration matches that in Ronner: Van leerling tot zetter (1915) as illustrated by Post van der Molen & Rijkse: Wat baard den Druk, Niet al Geluk! (1994). The lay of the case is Bovenkast.

Note than unlike the English/US Upper case, the Dutch case has only six rows of boxes, but the top row has 21 boxes, the 2nd row has 25 boxes, the 3rd row has 16 boxes, the 4th row has 15 boxes, and only the 5th and 6th rows are like the English/US case with 14 boxes.
