This lay is that shown in Barnhart Bros & Spindler: Pony Specimen Book (1890s). Note the different arrangement of the c m u a r and spacing boxes. The empty case is Boss Lower. Although this is a Hamilton case, Hamilton do not show it in their 1922 or 1932 Catalogs, so presumably it did not catch on.
