This Danish case layout is that used by Jens Jørgen Hansen in his Workshop for Letterpress Printing & Type Studies in 2009. The box with ” also contains ». Geviert is an em quad and kvadrater are 2em etc quads. The magasin box is for sorts. The two boxes for s are a relic of when one was used for the long s. For some variations of this layout, see for example Jens Jørgen. Mostly the positions of A to Ø remain the same, though sometimes W is put at the end, after Ø. The 1 to 0 remain the same, as do a to z, except sometimes f and g swap positions, and j replaces p, with p moving next to q, and one lay replacing c with ä. The accented caps and the signs vary in position. For a slightly different construction of case, see for example Schultz's 1915 lay for Antikva.

The case measures approximately 83x53 cm. The empty case is Danish Case.
