Quantities in a Typecase

The following shows the approximate amount of each character of 11pt that can be stored in a French Lower case of type. Figures are as given by T.Lefevre, Guide Practique du Compositeur d'Imprimerie (Paris, 1880), and are only for the most commonly used characters (and thus do not show w, but do show é).
