This Spanish typecase configuration is shown in Enciclopedia Vniversal Illvstrada (1928), and in Fábregues y Saavedra: Manual del Cajista de Imprenta (1933), and also in Lockwood: American Dictionary of Printing and Bookmaking (1894). It has 128 boxes. The configuration of the Caja Reformada is the same, apart from having one less small box in the bottom left corner. Note that the diagram is slightly distorted, as the e and the i and the t boxes should be wider, and the spacing boxes next to i and t should be narrower. The Spanish Single gives a slightly better representation of the configuration (as the html tables that draw the case have been coded differently). The type lay is Caja Normal. This configuration is also used for the Caja de Versalitas.
